Johnsons Hyundai - Oxford

I would recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford to friends and family because They have always done a professional job on my car .the reception staff are excellent and always keep me updated of progress

I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford because their service centre staff at Botley are an embarrassment and could not have handled my situation in any worse way. The way I was dealt with was a disaster from start to finish and I will never set foot in any of your service centres again after that dreadful experience. Immediate and basic customer service training required for Kirsty and Tom!!!!

My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Oxford was positive because very friendly and welcoming.

The services team on the help desk were amazing in accomodating myself and the traffic around Oxford. They even stayed a few minutes later than their normal working time which was a god send
